Do what you want and Pay for it

On February 2002, Joe Sierra called Sierra Cole to say that he made a new years resolution to do something - to do something for himself and for humanity - and asked Cole to help. So Cole and Sierra created Save The World, a group intent on making the World a better place while making Ourselves better people . Since that day, more friends joined the group and We hope even more people will be inspired to motivate themselves to Save Their own World, one step at a time.

Our first step is to counteract the hysteria brought on by the horrible events of 911 - a call for help- that allows our RIGHTS to slip away in the name of Safety. The RIGHTS in question are the very LIBERTIES that distinguish the United States from other countries that deny their citizens their own  inalienable RIGHTS. If We, the people, allow and encourage legislators to deny or retract any of our RIGHTS, established in the BILL OF RIGHTS, then we have lost the War of Freedom. A war that our ancestors and relatives have fought since 1776.

This being Our first campaign, We decided to take on a simple expression of this Safety Hysteria. We, STW, decided to ELIMINATE PHOTO-RADAR from Boulder, CO.

Why ELIMINATE PHOTO RADAR

  •                      Ruling by fear
  •                      Closer to living in 1984 or a Brave New World
  •                     It is a flawed and fallible system
  •                       To place power/responsibility back into the hands of the people
  •                     It is  a tool that can be used against the people
  •                      A money pit - it costs more money than it generates
  •                      There are cheaper and simpler solutions to the issue

How?

  • We want to assemble a lobby group that will encourage local legislators to veto Photo-radar statutes.
  • We want to inspire others to educate themselves regarding this issue, and to become proactive in the efforts to repeal Photo radar.
  • We want to encourage judges, as well as juries to "throw out" any case involving photo radar.
  • We want to motivate manufacturers of photo radar  to assemble more effecient/effective/economical products.
  • We want to implement economical and effective solutions to this issue.
  • Most importantly, we want people to start taking responsibility for themselves and the world they live in.

Help yourself, first.
